Lebanon City Council Meets

Lebanon City Council held a public hearing on the replat of the Falls Subdivision on Granite Lane. According to Codes Administrator Joe Berkich the replat will move the property line from one lot by 30 feet. The council voted to approve. In other business, Environmental Supervisor Eric Mork requested a task order with Toth and Associates for a sewer project on East Bland….

A second task order request for engineering by Toth and associates was for an area of Pearl Street. Mork said houses that need to be connected to the sewer main are being built. However, it is about 15 feet underground and runs under the street.

At most, the combined cost of the two approved task orders is $24,700. In other business, the Council approved an agreement with Forevergreen Landscaping for streetscaping on Ice Cream Way.
