An agreement between the City of Lebanon and Willard Asphalt Paving is on the agenda for Lebanon City Council on Monday night. Other items on the agenda is the purchase of 3 half ton 4 wheel drive trucks for the street department and for the water department. Other items on the agenda is the purchase of flow meters for the water department, and the purchase of 4 water heaters and 2 water coolers for the Cowan Civic Center. Lebanon City Council will consider an agreement with M.E.Simpson Company to conduct a water system leak detection survey and a lease-purchase transaction for financing public safety improvements. Council will consider a real estate contract for the purchase of property at 517 Murphy Road, and they will consider the first amendment to the second employment agreement with City Administrator Mike Schumacher. The amendment comes about as the City Administrator will now be responsible for general oversight and other duties as required for the Downtown Business District in the City. Lebanon City Council will meet at 6pm at City Hall.
