Lebanon City Council and supervising staff members came together during a work session and retreat allowing them to discuss past and upcoming goals. Robert Heacock with Spark Consultants started the conversation.
Among the positive changes brought up by Council members was Downtown improvements, access to healthcare, higher education opportunity, beautification, modernized police and fire departments, and a overall positive attitude toward change. Heacock said many of the positive changes have been intentional through planning by city leaders.
He said that it’s important to continue to look to where there are opportunities to develop intentional partnerships. As part of the retreat Lebanon City Council met with staff individually to hear and express upcoming needs and priorities for the new year.
