Lebanon City Council August 9 Agenda

Lebanon City Council will approve a resolution accepting the election results on the vote approving the parks and stormwater sales tax. In other business, council will vote on the purchase of materials for streetlight projects from Harry Cooper, Council will vote on staff recommendation for the Commercial Street surface improvements, and an agreement with CJW Transportation Consultants for a traffic impact study for existing intersections. Council will consider the purchase of materials for the Nelson Court Water project, a change order for McClanahan Construction to increase the original cost of the agreement for improvements at the waste water treatment plant. Council will consider declaring certain items that have been removed from service as surplus, and they will consider a consultant agreement with Cynthia Coffman-Honsinger. Council is also expecting to hear an update from the YMCA. Lebanon City Council will meet on Monday at 6pm at City Hall.
