Lebanon City Council considered agreements and purchases for Public Works during the Monday night meeting. On the agenda Council considered the purchase of electrical upgrade materials for the wastewater treatment plant from Butler Supply. Mike Moore presented the agreement that has a price tag of a little over $89-hundred-dollars

 

Moore also presented an ordinance approving an agreement with Willard Asphalt for the Elm Street lane line pavement markings

 

The approved cost of the project is just under $20-thousand-dollars. Moore said they expect the Elm Street overlay project to start in August, to be complete before Labor Day. In other business, Lebanon City Council approved an agreement with AT&T Missouri for the relocation of a toll line which is located at Beck and Ivey.

 

The city is responsible for the cost of moving the line which is estimated to be $87,465. The line will be relocated to a private easement away from city easements. Council also approved an agreement with Brindlee Mountain Fire Apparatus for the listing and marketing of two fire trucks that are going to be replaced, and they approved a task order with Olsson for the replat and topographic survey of 2 lots at the corner of Highway 64 and Adams. The property is located behind Breaktime and Dollar General, and the land is currently owned by the city and is zoned residential.
