Lebanon City Council approved three separate resolutions during the Monday night meeting at City Hall. Council approved the resolution which will allow the police department to apply for a grant from MODOT for Traffic Enforcement efforts, and they approved a resolution in support of Ukraine. Council also approved a resolution dissolving the Design, Economic Vitality, Organization, and Promotion Subcommittees as created by the Downtown Business District Advisory Board. The subcommittee will operate as Lebanon Missouri Main Street, not to be confused with the actual street named Main which is located in old Lebanon. In other business, Council approved parts and repairs to the Street Department’s only grader at a cost of just over $17-thousand, and they approved the purchase of security camera’s at the fire stations and public safety building. Council also approved the purchase of equipment and software for security upgrades to the SCADA system. That particular purchase will
be made with ARPA funds that were granted to the City of Lebanon. Finally, the contract with Laclede Industries for maintenance in downtown Lebanon was approved with an estimated cost of $15-thousand-dollars.
