Lebanon City Council agendas for Feb. 26

Lebanon City Council will hear a report from the Downtown Business District and will receive an update from parks and recreation and discuss the opioid settlement when they meet Monday evening. Those topics will be discussed during a wok session that begins at 6pm. After the work session, the regular session will begin with presentation of lineman certificates. There will be resolution to expand the Lebanon Special Business District, and public hearings on the final plat of properties in the 100 block of Lynn and on 2 lots at 645 Cherry. The public hearings will also address rezoning a parcel on Carmeco Road from Commercial to Light Industrial, and rezone land in the 400 block of Ice Cream Way, with the first reading of the bills to take place during the meeting. Council will will consider the second reading on the newly created Chapter 48 of the City Code, and to address a right of way fee for video services. Council will consider an agreement for professional auditing services KPM CPA’s and Advisors, and an agreement with Crawford, Murphy and Tilly to provide Airport Consulting Services. Council will consider a refund to Crossland Construction Company for building permit and associated costs, for the construction of the COPE Shelter Resource Center. Lebanon City Council will meet Monday February 26th at 6pm.
