Lebanon City Council Agenda items for July 10

Lebanon City Council will vote on the second reading of a bill that will change city code to allow for members of the Zoning and Planning Commission to be compensated, during the Monday night meeting. Also on the agenda is a bill that will establish the salary for Zoning and Planning Commission at $100 per month, and it establishes a salary of $200 per month for members of the Board of Public Works. In other business council will consider a cooperative agreement between County Collector Toni Morris, the City of Lebanon and the Laclede County Commission for collection of taxes due to the city. Lebanon City Council will consider an ordinance setting an agreement that will allow the Chamber of Commerce to share office space at the Cowan Civic Center at a cost of $1 per month. Also on the agenda is a service agreement to provide $8-thousand to Laclede Industries to provide recycling services. Council will vote to accept grant awards from DNR for storm water management, an agreement with Socket Telecom for the use of City owned property, an amendment to the agreement with Dunn Mowing, the purchase of dock bumpers from ACME Dock Specialists, backboards for the Fire Department, the purchase of a Weather Alert System for various Park Facilities. Lebanon City Council will meet at 6pm on Monday July 10 at City Hall.
