Lebanon City Council agenda

The second reading on an amendment to the city code related to Marijuana is on the agenda for Monday night’s meeting of Lebanon City Council. Other items on the agenda includes the purchase of a slide-in box for the Animal Control Truck from Jones Trailer Company and approval on final plats of lots on Cornelison, and lots at Caitlin and Elm Street. Council will also consider an agreement with Brindlee Mountain Fire Apparatus for listing and marketing of fire apparatus, with Run and Gun Basketball for the rental and use of the ballfields in city parks, a T Hanger agreement at the airport, and an extension on an agreement for the County Collector to collect taxes due to the city. Council will also consider the first reading on an amendment to the city code related to electric, water and sewer service schedules and rates. A closed session may follow the regular business of the City Council. The open meeting will begin at 6 p.m. Monday at City Hall.
