Chapter 353 designation will allow the Dilapidated structure that has failed inspections multiple times to become a lodging facility. The request was approved. In other business, Lebanon City Council approved the purchase of meter bases from the Durham Company, and they approved the purchase of materials for the Texas Avenue sewer main,to include manholes and materials at a cost of more than $16-thousand-dollars. There is currently no sewer service in the designated area for the materials. Council also approved the sale of 463 Railroad to CMQuick Investments at a cost of $15-hundred. The 50 by 150 lot was donated to the city and the house was torn down. The developer plans to build a new house on the lot.
