To date the City of Lebanon has issued 1443 nuisance letters and issued 123 citations for non-compliance. Commercial building and remodeling permits for the city showed a significant increase with 59 permits issued, and there were another 102 residential building and remodel permits. In addition, Schumacher said the dissemination of information to the public has improved dramatically…..
On upcoming projects, he said the number of miles of asphalt proposed has been reduced to 1.5 miles, but Schumacher said that’s because the city crews will be working on construction of major sidewalk and curb and gutter projects. Schumacher said they are also working on addressing staffing issues, looking at scheduling options to fit employee needs and they will continue to work with community partners to continue on the path to success.
