Lebanon Board of Public Works and Code of Ordinances

With the implementation of the Lebanon Board of Public Works there are some changes in ordinances dealing with utilities coming soon. City Administrator Mike Schumacher said with the board up and going, they will need to go through those ordinances related to utilities…..

Schumacher said this doesn’t mean an increase in utility cost is taking place….

He said that the current budget wasn’t built with the Board of Public Works in mind, but in the future the rate schedule will be built into the Board of Public Works budget line. Schumacher said that this will also bring more transparency to operations of the Board of Public Works.
