Laquey Man arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court on three charges of endangering the welfare of a child, one charge of resisting arrest, and one charge of criminal nonsupport

Justin Gentry of Laquey has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court on three charges of endangering the welfare of a child, one charge of resisting arrest, and one charge of criminal nonsupport. Court documents allege that on or about June 29, the defendant left three victims, all children under 17 years of age, in the unsupervised care of a registered sex offender. The children were dirty and had been left in a hazardous environment. Two of the children had open wounds on their arms, legs, and feet. Court documents further allege that Gentry resisted arrest by running away from officers, throwing himself to the ground, and striking the inside of an officer’s patrol vehicle window with his head. Gentry pleaded not guilty to all charges. Judge Colin Long has set a counsel status hearing for the nonsupport case for July 17th, and a preliminary hearing for July 24th.
