Lane Change offers support for those with addiction and mental illness
With so many people being laid off from their jobs, and having to stay at home, along with the fear of getting sick, the stress can be overwhelming. For those who are struggling with addiction and mental health issues, it can feel much worse. Lauren Mitchell at Lane Change in Lebanon is reminding everyone that there are still resources available for anyone who needs the emotional support it takes to get through this crisis…
Mitchell said there are still things that they want to provide, to those who are struggling with mental health and substance abuse. Every day at noon, Lane Change holds virtual group meetings via Zoom. She said this is another way to help people stay on task with their recovery. For those who aren’t familiar with Zoom and need help getting signed in for the meeting, Mitchell said she can help….
She said Lane Change is just a phone call away at 991-3727. She said you may need to leave a message if no one is in, but they check the messages daily and will call you back.
