Lake Ozark approves Tiny-Home developments

Talk of Tiny-Homes in the Lake Ozark area has gone from a conversation to a reality. Mayor Gerry Murawski see’s many benefits to the idea of a tiny-home Community in the area; Affordable housing for year round residents, a simplistic lifestyles and easy access points to local shopping and resources. Lake Ozark Board of Alderman has approved the amendments to allow Tiny-Home developments and individual Tiny-Homes in the City of Lake Ozark Assistant City Administrator, Harrison Fry talks about the steps moving forward.
