Laclede Literacy Council student increase in August

Now that children are back in school, the Laclede Literacy Council has seen an increase in the number of students too. Dr Carol Barsby with the Literacy Council reports that around 20 people signed up for the program in August…

Barsby said with the increase in students they could use a few more tutors for the program…

Barsby also encourages anyone who started the program but had to drop out because of life circumstances, to come back to the Laclede Literacy Council.
