Laclede Electric reports power is restored
Laclede Electric Cooperative crews have worked nonstop to get power restored to around 6-thousand meters after Monday afternoon’s storms. Byron Dudley with Laclede Electric tells Regional Radio News the long hours put in by the linemen has paid off….
Laclede Electric Cooperative began making repairs on Monday after straight-line winds in excess of 80 miles per hour ripped through the area causing extensive damage to the electric infrastructure by knocking down trees, power poles, and electric lines. A minimal number of outages are now reported in the Laclede Electric service area. If you are a Laclede Electric Cooperative member and are without electricity, contact the office and let them know.
