Laclede County’s Snow Storm Response

The city of Lebanon reported that power has been restored to all of its customers after the snowstorm that dumped up to 6 inches of snow in the Lebanon area, causing tree limbs to fall on power lines in the city. Laclede Electric Cooperative reported that all customers in Laclede County have had their power restored after as many as 5,000 customers in the county lost power Wednesday.

Laclede county was able to rebound from the snowstorm very quickly. Director Of Laclede County Emergency Management Randy Rowe says his team prepared well in advance for this snowstorm.

Rowe said this was a team effort between the National Weather Service, Missouri Highway Patrol, the City of Lebanon, and the county firefighters and Sheriff’s offices.
