As of Monday afternoon, there are over one thousand confirmed cases of Coronavirus in Missouri. The fortunate things is that none of those cases have been from Laclede County. Laclede County Health Department Administrator, Charla Baker, says they have sent out 27 samples for testing. Out of those 27 tests, 22 have been confirmed as negative for Coronavirus. They are still awaiting results on the other five tests……..

Baker says the commercial labs have gotten quicker at getting results back, but they are still not as quick as the state lab………

Baker says Laclede Countians are still not doing enough to protect their health, and more importantly the health of others………

The state provides an update on the Coronavirus numbers at 2 p.m. daily. As of the Monday afternoon update, there were 1031 confirmed cases of Coronavirus in Missouri. 13 people have died. More information on Coronavirus can be found on the website health dot MO dot gov.
