Anyone with questions about the drive-up COVID-19 testing location can contact Lake Regional Health System at 573-348-7419. The testing site is located at 325 Harwood Avenue in Lebanon. Once again, you will need a physician’s order to be tested. Testing is by appointment only, and no walk-ins will be accepted.
