While some businesses in Lebanon re-opened on Monday, many others have chosen to remain at-least partially closed to customers. Laclede County Health Department Administrator, Charla Baker, says many are waiting to see what the next two weeks hold in regards to the COVID-19 virus…………

Baker says residents are making a mistake if they think the virus has disappeared………

Twenty people died from the COVID-19 virus on Tuesday in Missouri, and nearly 200 new cases were discovered. As of Wednesday afternoon, the state has tested well-under two percent of the state’s population. Baker says to receive a test, residents still have to exhibit at least one symptom of the virus. Asymptomatic carriers account for between 25 and 50 percent of cases.
