The state of Missouri reported 2,780 new cases on Thursday, for a total of nearly 432-thousand. The state also reported 30 new deaths on Thursday, for a total of 6,201. Missouri Governor, Mike Parson, announced on Thursday that the state will be moving into Phase 1B of the vaccination plan on Monday.
