Laclede County Fair Carnival opens July 3

In one week, the Laclede County Fair will be underway with events on the track and livestock shows. Something that is new for this year’s Laclede County Fair; the Carnival will arrive early and will be open at 6 pm on July 3rd and July 4th with no gate admission. Laclede County Fair Manager Baileigh Bilger says each night beginning Monday there will be activities on the track….July 5th there will be a drag race.

 

Admissions to the Fair Grounds on Monday, July 5th will be $5 per carload with a limit of 5 people per vehicle. During the day on Monday, the Legacy Center and Ag Pavilion will feature poultry, rabbits, breeding sheep and hogs.  On Tuesday night, the Antique tractor pull and Sleeper Lawn and Garden Pull will be on the track, Wednesday at 8 pm will be the Ranch Rodeo and the Draft Horse Pull will be Thursday, with admission at $5 per person. On Friday the stock Truck and Tractor Pull take place, and Saturday night will be the Mid Missouri Sanction Pull, admission to the Fairgrounds on Friday and Saturday night will be $10 per person. You can purchase a 6-day pass for $25 through June 30th at the MU Extension Office in Lebanon at 186 North Adams.
