Three more cases of COVID-19 have been discovered in Laclede County. That brings the total number of cases to 31. Eleven of those cases are currently being monitored as active, with 20 cases considered recovered. Laclede County Health Department Administrator, Charla Baker, says case number 29 visited Camp Niangua, June 22nd through the 26th, was symptomatic on the 26th, and was not wearing a mask. Case 30 visited the post office in Lebanon June 27th from 10 until 11 am and was wearing a mask, June 28th from 11 am until Noon was at Second Freewill Baptist Church in Lebanon, June 28 from 7:30 until 9:30 was at the fireworks display at Community Baptist Church, not wearing a mask. Case 31, visited Walmart in Lebanon on June 24th from 2 until 3 pm, wearing a mask. Protection for yourself and others include proper and frequent handwashing, cleaning frequently used surfaces, staying at home when sick, avoiding contact with people who are sick, coughing or sneezing into tissues, wearing a mask when in public, not gathering in large groups and maintaining a six-foot distance between yourself and another person.
