Laclede Co Sheriff Plans for 2023 Budget

Planning is underway for the 2023 budget in Laclede County and public safety is once again facing some challenges. Laclede County Sheriff David Millsap said one of his priorities is taking care of his people, but there are other costs that have to be considered when planning the budget..

Millsap said luckily the sales tax in Laclede County has been pretty good, which will ease some of the burden, and the county has been able to use ARPA funds to help cover costs.
