WEEK 3 HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL
Bolivar 20 Lebanon 7
The Liberators played stingy defense and improved to 3-0 with an Ozark Conference victory at Southwest Baptist University…Quarterback Bo Banner rushed for 136 yards and two touchdowns….Bolivar led 7-0 at halftime, and scored on Banner’s three yard run early in the 3rd period…Lebanon’s Cade Muscia brought the ensuing kickoff back 95 yards to put the Yellowjackets on the board, before Banner concluded the scoring with a five yard scoring run…LHS coach Will Christian said they couldn’t step it up further when they seemingly had momentum..
The Liberators go to Glendale this Friday while Lebanon will observe homecoming with Waynesville in a 7:00 kickoff on KJEL…
