Kitchen fire required brief evacuation at school

The Lebanon Middle School was evacuated for a short time on Wednesday after a fire started in the kitchen. The fire was quickly contained by the Lebanon Fire Department, and no injuries were reported. The Laclede County Health Department responded to conduct an inspection of the kitchen before meal preparation and service resumed.
