Major League Baseball’s postseason continued

The arch-rival San Francisco Giants and Los Angeles Dodgers will play Game 5 of the best-of-five NLDS on Thursday night at Oracle Park in San Francisco. We found out as much in an action-packed 7-2 Dodgers victory Tuesday night in Game 4 in Dodger Stadium.

The series has now alternated wins, setting up a winner-take-all matchup.
*
The Atlanta Braves defeated the Milwaukee Brewers 5-4 (box score) on Tuesday night in Game 4 of the National League Division Series. The win means the Braves will advance to the NL Championship Series for the second season in a row, where they’ll await either the San Francisco Giants or the Los Angeles Dodgers to play a best-of-seven series for the pennant.
*
It was Jose Altuve, Carlos Correa and Alex Bregman once again.

The Houston Astros are going to the AL Championship Series for the fifth straight year. Their October-tested stars led the way.

Altuve hit a three-run homer and scored four times, and Houston eliminated the Chicago White Sox with a 10-1 victory in Game 4 of their AL Division Series on Tuesday.
