Kelvin Sanders of Waynesville has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court on charges of unlawful use of a weapon and harassment in the first degree. Court documents allege that on April 19, the defendant exhibited a knife, a weapon readily capable of lethal use, while standing over the victim. Sanders pleaded not guilty to both charges. Judge Colin Long has scheduled a counsel status hearing for April 30 and a preliminary hearing for May 14
