Keeping utility bill in check

As the number of people staying at home increases there might be a slight increase in your utility bill. Children are at home, people are working from home, and some have been laid off from their jobs. Lebanon Public Works Director Richard Shockley said the milder weather has helped with any electric usage increase; but it appears that water and sewer is a different story.
