Kayden Murder trial may begin later this month

After being continued due to COVID-19 restrictions, the murder trial of a Lebanon man could take place later this month. Kevin Ryan Kayden was arrested after the body of his girlfriend, 27 year Laquita Williams was found in her North Street home, in December 2018. The investigation following her death led authorities to believe that Kayden tied up and killed Williams, days before her body was found. Kayden’s jury trial could begin as early as February 23rd. He is charged with First Degree Murder and Armed Criminal Action and has been in custody since his arrest.
