Justice Furniture diversifies to meet medical community needs

A Lebanon manufacturer has diversified and made a change to their product offering to help address a need for medical facilities, during the COVID-19 pandemic. When some businesses were laying off employees, Justice Furniture owner Angie Jackson said they found a way to stay in operation and address a critical need in the medical community…..

Jackson said it feels good and they are thrilled to be able to help during this medical crisis. Laclede County has a large manufacturing base, and some of those businesses are providing critical supplies; some by diversifying, like Dowco which is making plastic shields for doctors and nurses. Detroit Tool Engineering is making components for PPE’S, Durham Company is continuing to supply meter boxes that are used for makeshift hospital locations, and Emerson continues to make components for air conditioners which are critical for warmer climates.
