Judge Sets Trial Dates For Tampow

The trial for a Lebanon man accused of shooting his girlfriend to death in August of this year has been set. Circuit Judge Phillip Hamner has set aside five days for the trial beginning on August 22nd of next year, a little over one year after Mark Tampow allegedly shot 53-year old Brenda Rogers of Lebanon. Police were called to a home in the 500 block of Polk Street on August 13th for reports of shots being fired in the home, when they arrived, they found Rogers deceased inside the house. A pre-trial conference is set for June 6th. Tampow is currently free on a one hundred thousand dollar bond.
