Joe Ronald Walker

Joe Ronald Walker, 79 of Waynesville, MO, retired Waynesville R-VI School District educator and administrator and United States Army veteran, passed away Sunday, August 11, 2024, in the St. Luke’s Hospital of Chesterfield, MO.

Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Friday, August 16, 2024, in the Waypoint Church of Waynesville, MO. Burial with military honors will follow in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery of Waynesville, MO. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville / St. Robert.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 12:30 p.m. Friday, August 16, 2024, in the Waypoint Church of Waynesville, MO.

Mr. Walker is survived by his wife: Billy Jean Walker of Waynesville, MO; two children: Mendy Lawrence (Carl “CJ”) of Oakville, MO and Joe Walker, Jr. (Jill) of Kenosha, WI; four grandchildren: Carly Lawrence, Carys Lawrence, Katelyn Walker and Kylie Walker; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Joe Walker to the Waynesville R-VI Foundation and may be left at Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville / St. Robert.
