January support groups meeting at Lake Regional

Lake Regional has a variety of support group sessions available for individuals with several meetings during the month of January.
There is a Weight Management Support Group meeting at 10 am on January 2nd. Amazing Moms Take Five will meet on January 8th at 10. Mended Hearts Support Group will meet on January 9th at noon. A Grief Support Group will meet on January 14th at 6 pm. The Cancer Support Group for Men will meet at 11:30 a.m. January 15th. Stroke Survivors Support Group will meet January 15th at 1 and the Alzheimer’s Support Group will meet at 1 p.m. on January 16th. There are multiple support groups that meet at Lake Regional Hospital at 54 Hospital Drive in Osage Beach. Contact the hospital for additional information.
