James Edward “Jim” Godfrey, a United States Navy veteran, age 78, of Waynesville, MO, passed away August 16, 2024, in LifeCare Center of Waynesville.

Services are pending at this time and will be announced by Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert.

He is survived by his wife, Carol Godfrey of the home in Waynesville; two sons: James P. Godfrey (Ashley) of Vancouver, WA, and Jason Godfrey (Briana) of Waynesville, MO; five grandchildren, Addyson, Morgan, Ashley, Luke and Ryder; a great-grandson, Huxley; as well as a host of other family members, relatives and many friends.
