It’s been a busy 24 hours for the Missouri State Highway Patrol
Missouri Highway Patrol Troopers have been busy, making several arrests in the area over the past 24 hours. 36-year-old Alvin A. Phegley of Lebanon was taken into custody in Cole County, on a Laclede County felony warrant for probation violation and possession of a controlled substance. He was also wanted on a Texas County Warrant, for property damage and tampering with a motor vehicle. He was taken to the Cole County Jail, no bond has been set. 53-year-old Darcelle M. Porter of Long Lane was taken into custody in Camden County Thursday for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended and for a felony Christian County Warrant for possession of Methamphetamine. Porter was taken to the Camden County Jail. 21-year-old Tyler J. Rogers of Lebanon is facing charges in Pulaski County for Possession of a defaced firearm, stealing, possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, and failure to register a motor vehicle he was taken to the Pulaski County Jail and later released. A 40-year-old Dixon man was taken to Phelps County Regional Health Center after he wrecked his vehicle on Highway 28, 2 miles south of Dixon. Joshua C. Warner, traveled off the left side of the roadway, struck a tree, and overturned coming to rest facing southbound on its wheels. Warner is facing charges of DWI-Drugs and was released for medical care.
