Improvements to the Helen Cowan Dog Park

Additional improvements are coming to the Helen Cowan Dog Park at Atchley Park in Lebanon.  Recently, the Parks Department received a donation of $10-thousand-dollars for the purchase of additional dog park equipment. During the Monday City Council meeting, Parks Director John Shelton presented the Park Board’s recommendation.

The bid that was accepted was from Cunningham Recreation which came in at $11-thousand-245-dollars.
