If wearing a mask in Lebanon and Laclede County becomes mandatory, who would be responsible for enforcement?

There has been discussion about making masks mandatory in public settings in Lebanon and Laclede County. Several cities and counties in Missouri have already made mask-wearing mandatory, and Springfield City Council will be voting on that issue during their Monday night meeting. 11 new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Lebanon on Wednesday, bringing the total number of cases in Laclede County to 80. There are also 115 results from testing done this week that are pending. Over the last week, Laclede County had the fifth-highest percentage increase in the number of confirmed cases of COVID-19.
