Humane Society Of Missouri Rescues More Dogs From Phelps County

The Humane Society of Missouri recently rescued 55 dogs from freezing temperatures and poor living conditions in southwest Missouri’s Stone County where 20 animals were also found dead. Ella Frank, Director of the Animal Cruelty Task Force at the St. Louis shelter, says the team also rescued 97 labs from an unlicensed breeder in southern Missouri’s Phelps County.
