Human remains found near the 20-thousand block of Highway 28 in Pulaski County

Around 10 a.m. on Tuesday, the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department received a call about possible human remains being found near the 20-thousand block of Highway 28. Upon arrival, deputies, and detectives located human skeletal remains. The Sheriff’s Department believes they know the identity of the remains, but no names are being released at this time pending positive identification by the medical examiner and notification of relatives. The case is currently under investigation, and more information may be released later in the investigation. Pulaski County Sheriff, Jimmy Bench, thanked the St. Robert Police Department, and Pulaski County Coroner Roger Graves, for their assistance in the investigation.
