Housing construction in Camdenton

Residential and multi-family housing construction continues to grow in the City of Camdenton. City Administrator Jeff Hooker said they have been seeing a shortage of housing and the upcoming projects should help address the issue..

Plans for 138 units will include a pool and club house. Hooker said the additional housing will help address issues being faced by businesses, when it comes to employees

One other project, Hideaway Cove Condominiums and villas is currently on hold, but they are planning on moving forward within the next 6 months on the west side of town. This property if completed will have 128 condos on the lake in the Camdenton City limits. Excavation is planned within the next couple of months.
