House committee to hear testimony on violent weapon crimes by juveniles

Juvenile certification legislation will be heard by a Missouri House committee Monday afternoon in Jefferson City. The legislation would allow certain juveniles to be charged as adults for violent weapon crimes. Missourinet’s Brian Hauswirth has our report:
