Home invasion in Camdenton results in an arrest

Camdenton Police responded to a 9-1-1 call on Tuesday from a person who said she was talking to a friend on the phone, when there was a knock on the door, the friend screamed and the call was disconnected. When officers arrived at Whispering Pines Apartments, they saw a distraught woman standing in the doorway, and was told there was someone inside her apartment. The man who was inside was later identified as 24-year-old Omar Nathan Glass. The woman reported that she had moved from the St Louis area to get away from Glass and an abusive relationship. When he was searched Glass was allegedly in possession of a ski mask, a stocking cap, duct tape, a kitchen knife, two sets of toy handcuffs. Glass has been charged in Camden County with attempted rape, kidnapping, domestic assault, harassment, and burglary, and is being held without bond.
