Holiday block leave and covid discussed at Fort Wood

(Fort Leonard Wood)–In a Holiday Block Leave media roundtable held Wednesday morning at Fort Leonard Wood, Colonel Aaron Bohrer, Maneuver Support Center of Excellence Chief of Operations and Director of Training, talked about the plans for this year’s Holiday Block Leave.

Military trainees and cadre who are symptomatic will be tested before the block leave. Any who test positive for Covid will be kept here until their quarantine period is over. Then, upon re-evaluation, they will be released to go home for the remaining days of the leave.
