High Heat Heading towards the Lebanon Area

The Regional Radio surrounding areas will be seeing some high heat this week. Towards the end of the week the weather forecast could reach into triple digits. Meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Springfield Meegan Terry says there will be two days this week where it will be very hot.
Terry says if you are doing outside work make sure to always drink water.
During the hot weather its important to stay inside as much as possible, and if you have to do something outside try to get it done in the morning time.
