Heritage Bank of the Ozarks, in Lebanon, Camdenton, and Plato, announced the promotion of two key members of their management team.
Terrie Maynor was promoted to Vice President, Customer Service and Jase Glendenning to Vice President, Lending.
“Their efforts to serve our customers and assist their Heritage team members while modeling our core values are greatly appreciated. We celebrate their growth in the banking profession, increased expertise in their areas of responsibility, and service to a growing portfolio of our customers,” Kim Light, President & Senior Credit Officer, Heritage Bank of the Ozarks. Light continued, “All of our employees embody the fundamental business model of Heritage Bank…neighbors serving neighbors. And our neighbors are continually growing.”

Maynor studied animal science and accounting and has over 17 years in the banking industry, but a lifetime in agriculture. She began her career as a teller and quickly learned customer service was her calling. Maynor helps customers discover the best products to serve their banking needs all while answering questions and truly understanding how each customer’s needs vary.
Glendenning received his Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness Management from the University of Missouri. He joined Heritage Bank of the Ozarks in 2016 as a lender focusing on agricultural loans. A career in banking was a natural fit for Glendenning because banking is all about making friends. His background in agriculture allows him to excel in understanding his customer’s needs and he sees true value in helping give back to his community.
