Help For Deaf On National Suicide Hotline

A Columbia-based group that assists deaf people in Missouri will soon offer new videophone service from the national 9-8-8 suicide hotline. Doctor Stephanie Logan is a psychologist and CEO of Deaf-Lead and is herself deaf. She spoke to Missourinet through her interpreter:
The videophone service will be officially recognized Friday at an event in Columbia celebrating the one-year anniversary of the 9-8-8 hotline. For more information, visit Deaf-Lead dot org.
