Head On Accident South of Lebanon Injures Man

A 4 vehicle accident at 7:40 Monday morning, 6 miles south of Lebanon on Highway 5, resulted in serious injuries to a Grovesprings man. The Missouri Highway Patrol reports that a tractor-trailer driven by 58-year old Nevin N. Good of Fortuna crossed the centerline, striking vehicles head-on driven by 82-year old Dean L. Moore of Grovespring, 33-year old Shane M. Hintt of Lebanon, and 37-year old Frank J. Ceszy of Ava. Moore was airlifted to a Springfield hospital with serious injuries. No other injuries were reported in the mishap.
