Baker says she has no doubts about the safety of the vaccine and encourages residents to get information about the vaccine from reputable organizations. Baker says the vaccine will be delivered in a tiered-system, with health care workers, residents of long-term care facilities, and those with underlying health conditions receiving the vaccine before the general public.
